PTW Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled PTW Coordinator to join our team at Dovre Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of all works to be carried out, ensuring compliance with governing documentation, and providing quality checks on permits and supporting documents.

• Coordinate and manage all works to be carried out, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all permits and supporting documents are thoroughly reviewed and approved prior to issue.
• Provide quality checks on permits and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the Completion Lead to ensure that conflicting permits are brought to their attention.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits and supporting documents, including certificates and original documents.
• Participate in monitoring, auditing, and assurance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of a consistent and compliant HSE culture within the organization.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with the project completion team and other relevant stakeholders.

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive knowledge of company governing documentation and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
