We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Odda, Norway. As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all activities on-site adhere to HSE standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and enforcing adherence to HSE standards on-site
  • Providing guidance and support to personnel on HSE-related matters
  • Conducting regular safety walks and ensuring compliance with safety procedures

You will work closely with the HSE Manager to develop and implement safety initiatives and ensure that all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles within process or industrial environments
  • Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent)
  • Experience on large-scale construction or industrial projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate with teams and personnel
  • Russian-speaking is a plus
  • Practical, hands-on approach to safety management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
