HACCP Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HACCP Coordinator to join our team at Mondelez International.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and food safety, with experience in implementing HACCP systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HACCP programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) planning to identify potential food safety risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve food safety issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track HACCP metrics and trends.
• Provide training and support to employees on HACCP procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HACCP or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
