Your New Role

We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Project Management Specialist to assist in our engineering initiatives. This position entails overseeing project coordination, financial oversight, reporting, and document management to ensure the effective delivery of design engineering and new product development projects. The Project Management Specialist will be instrumental in compiling technical documentation, maintaining project timelines, and providing vital administrative support to the Engineering leadership team at our Kristiansand facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop intricate documents utilizing various software applications, including Microsoft and Adobe.
  • Collect and synthesize data for specialized reports.
  • Establish and manage a departmental document management system.
  • Draft and uphold technical and user documentation to exemplary standards.
  • Formulate and sustain project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints linked to each project.
  • Oversee procurement and system orders, ensuring precision in bill of materials.
  • Compile accurate and timely financial data for project monitoring.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering leadership team.
  • Cultivate an inclusive workplace where individuals feel valued and empowered.
  • Advocate for a safety-first culture, ensuring a secure and healthy work environment.
  • Continuously enhance personal skills through training and education.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements, external regulations, and industry best practices.
