As a High-Precision Measurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving superior product quality throughout our organization by performing high-precision measurements that support design refinement and production process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses to resolve complex quality issues across design, part sourcing, and assembly.
  • Utilize advanced measurement tools like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to validate parts and assemblies, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Drive iterative design improvements by using precision measurement data to optimize hardware systems and assemblies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on Metrology or Precision Measurement.
  • Proven hands-on experience with 3+2 axis CMMs, performing measurements with precision down to single-digit microns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define measurement strategies and deliver structured data to inform decision-making.
