We are growing rapidly and looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Quality Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality agenda from an early stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and R&D to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Lead supplier quality assurance activities, including audits, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a QA or Quality Management role, preferably within a manufacturing, technology, or sectors such as industrial electronics, energy, defence, aerospace and or med tech / pharma.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale quality systems in a growing organisation.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools, methodologies, and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with supplier management and manufacturing oversight.
