We're Hiring: Quality Manager – Shape the Future of Offshore Wind

As a Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for further developing and implementing our quality systems and processes. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards while continuously improving our internal processes. This is a role where you can have a real impact, shape our quality strategy, and collaborate with dedicated colleagues.

What you'll do:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with HSE, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality standards.
  3. Identify and manage risks, while finding solutions for non-conformities and areas for improvement.
  4. Oversee testing and inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  5. Support tender processes by providing quality expertise.
  6. Work with suppliers and partners to maintain high quality standards across the entire supply chain.

What we're looking for:

  1. A relevant degree in engineering, quality management, or a similar field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in offshore wind, maritime, or oil & gas industries.
  3. Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISM.
  4. Experience with digital quality management tools and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  5. Experience as a lead auditor within the maritime industry or similar is a plus.
