As a key member of the Industrialization team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers across the globe. Your tasks will include:

  • Supervisor of Supplier's Quality Management
    • Overseeing the quality of suppliers across the global supply chain
    • Tracking and reporting supplier quality performance at the plan level
    • Improving the reMarkable supplier base continuously
  • Leader of supplier qualification & performance
    • Pioneering the Supply Qualification Module, setting measurable performance metrics, and maintaining a database to monitor supplier performance
    • Coordinating with partners to refine the incoming inspection policy, enhancing collaboration between suppliers and optimizing workflows
    • Guiding the qualification process through the Product Part Approval framework
    • Sustaining EMS partners in their incoming inspection policies and optimizations
  • Resolver of quality issues
    • Mobilizing containment, corrective, and preventive measures to resolve technical quality problems at suppliers using quality toolbox methods
  • Internal collaborator on process optimization

To excel in this position, you should possess extensive experience (5+ years) in high-volume manufacturing sectors, such as consumer electronics. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Tools, including problem-solving methodologies, PPAP, and statistical/data analysis, is mandatory. Additionally, expertise in industry standards like ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks is valuable. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in Quality Management & Manufacturing, is recommended. Effective communication skills in English are a must for this role.
