Join a key initiative in international quality management.
Jefferson Wells is now looking for a Quality Process & System Manager for our client in the power transmission sector. The ideal candidate has solid project management skills in an international environment and good knowledge of management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The position is located in either Oslo and includes extensive international travel.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and maintain the overall Management System architecture and mapping.
- Define governing procedures and documents in collaboration with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
- Organize workshops to promote harmonization and simplification.
- Manage schedule, KPIs, and reporting, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party certifications for audit planning and execution.
- Support internal audit coordination when necessary.
Background and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Solid project management skills, particularly in international settings.
- Experience from project and industrial business environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; French is a plus.
- MSc, MBA, or equivalent higher education.
The position does not have direct reports but requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams. You must be comfortable with extensive international travel – approximately 30–50% of your time will be spent abroad – and working across multiple countries and cultures.
