Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a quality management expert to plan and execute quality activities that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will proactively identify and mitigate quality risks that may impact project cost and schedule.
  • Fostering a collaborative team approach with alliances and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Preventing loss by eliminating or reducing the cost of poor quality.
  • This role involves performing quality assurance activities such as internal audits and self-assessments to ensure conformity with our Business Management System (BMS).
  • The successful candidate will facilitate risk reviews/integrated risk assessments and support preparations ahead of these meetings.
  • Maintaining oversight of risk review follow-up to ensure timely completion between meetings.
  • This position also involves facilitating lessons learned and continual improvement activities.
  • Leading/supporting deviation and non-conformities processes and management of change activities.
  • Assisting projects with closure of relevant audit findings and following up responses from vendors' audit findings or quality incidents.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality and risk management within a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong project experience and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
