Global Supplier Quality Manager

Join our innovative company as a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist and play a critical role in driving supplier performance improvements. As part of our Supply Chain team, you will focus on ensuring the quality of our suppliers worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising supplier quality management
- Oversighting the quality of our global suppliers
- Tracking and reporting supplier quality performance at the plan level
- Enhancing the reMarkable supplier base continuously
- Promoting supplier qualification & performance
- Leveraging the Supply Qualification Module to set measurable performance metrics and monitor supplier performance
- Cultivating partnerships to refine the incoming inspection policy and optimize workflows
- Resolving quality issues
- Mobilizing containment, corrective, and preventive measures to address technical quality issues at suppliers using quality toolbox methods
- Participating in internal process optimization
To excel in this position, you should possess significant experience (5+ years) in high-volume manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in Quality Management Tools, including problem-solving methodologies, PPAP, and statistical data analysis, is essential. Additionally, expertise in industry standards like ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks is valuable. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in Quality Management & Manufacturing, is recommended. Effective communication skills in English are vital for successful collaboration.
