Vi søker en erfaren og initiativrik Sustainability Consultant til å bli en del av vårt bærekraftsteam i Norge. Som konsulent vil du spille en aktiv rolle i å påvirke innholdet i våre bærekraftstjenester, utvikle kundeprosesser og nye produkter, planlegge og iverksette samt bygge vårt voksende team.

Vi er et familiebedrift som tilbyr ekspertise innen bærekraft, CFO-tjenester, regnskap, lønn, skatte- og forretningsjus, HR, ERP-systemer, dataanalyse og automatisering. Vi har vokst organisk og teller nå over 700 medarbeidere i Finland, Sverige, Norge, Estland, Nederland og Storbritannia.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
  • Du har en passende universitetsutdanning for stillingen, f.eks. økonomi, miljøingeniør eller bærekraftsstudier
  • Du har minst tre års praktisk erfaring fra bærekraftsarbeid
  • Du har praktisk erfaring fra karbonfotavtrykk, utslippsberegning og klimarapportering fra ulike bransjer
  • OG/ELLER inngående ekspertise innen CSRD eller EU-taksonomi
  • OG/ELLER sterk kompetanse innen bærekraftig finans og praktisk erfaring fra ESG-arbeid i investerings- og finanssektoren
  • Flytende skriftlige og muntlige ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk

Som person er du initiativrik, innsiktsfull, sosial og en lagspiller. Du har en forretningsorientert tankegang og ønsker å utvikle et voksende lokalt team. Din naturlige evne til salg og lidenskap for vekst gjør at du kan bruke erfaringen din i ulike bransjer.
