You will be part of our Management Consulting department in Oslo

As our new colleague, you will be part of a dynamic and international department with a strong professional engagement. We are passionate about sustainable development and help our customers create sustainable solutions and navigate the growing ESG field.

For the position as Senior Consultant/Manager, we are looking for you who:

  • Have 5-10 years of experience, or more, in a similar position, e.g. from consulting or other relevant business within industry, energy, etc.
  • Have relevant education at master's or doctoral level
  • Have good Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Have worked with strategy, change management, business cases, market analysis, or due diligence processes
  • Have experience and strong interest in Ramboll's sectors: energy, industry, transport/mobility, finance, and/or building and construction
  • Are solution-oriented and have good presentation skills
