About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maritime industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for:

  • Project management and delivery of customer projects according to agreed scope and timeline
  • Securing external work by identifying opportunities, defining solutions for customers and bidding for contracts
  • Networking with senior professionals outside and inside DNV through a good understanding of professional and business issues of maritime customers
  • Apply knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges and work on several projects in parallel

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime industry, with a strong background in project management, business development, and technical expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
