Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Projects & Development within the Global Logistics division,

The Projects & Development team plays a crucial role in supporting Circle K's Global Logistics framework, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through both process and technological advancements. This team comprises Project Managers, System & Solution Specialists, and Logistics Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant, Projects & Development, to serve as a versatile resource within our extensive Global Logistics project portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project management and providing support as needed.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing process enhancements.
  • Managing change initiatives.
  • Facilitating the rollout of technology, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and implement operational processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Lead or assist in the deployment and enhancement of systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with the needs of global and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, planning, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve organizational capabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches to enhance processes.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or a related field.
  • Background in Management Consulting and/or experience in complex global organizations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Basic coding skills are advantageous.
  • Any IT-related education is considered beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
