Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Optimization: Analyze and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SuccessFactors Implementation: Design and implement SuccessFactors solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing HR systems.
  • Change Management: Support clients through organizational change, providing guidance on HR transformation and process improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technologies and methodologies, applying your knowledge to drive business value for our clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or similar HR solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting organizations through transformation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
