Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR expert with a strong background in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration. You will work closely with our clients to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Your Skills

  1. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and similar HXM solutions, with experience in configuring and implementing these systems.
  2. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
  3. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting organizations through transformation, particularly within HR functions.
  5. Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with fluency in English required.
  6. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive work culture and engaging constructively with colleagues and clients alike.
  7. Problem-Solving: Creative and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and solving complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
