Key Responsibilities

  • HR Process Optimization: Analyze and improve HR processes, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Develop and implement SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • Change Management: Support organizations through transformation, particularly within HR functions, by applying change management principles and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a positive work culture and driving team collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Troubleshoot complex problems, adapting to new challenges and environments with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or similar HXM solutions, with experience in configuring and implementing these systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional languages, especially Scandinavian, being a plus.
