Job SummaryWe are seeking an HR Consultant to develop the HR function in Norway, working closely with our company to create a framework for all employee activities, including HR Strategy, recruitment, development, competence, and employee attraction and retention.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day tasks in operation, administration, and strategy on a company level, reporting to our HR Director in Sweden.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain HR frameworks, templates, and policies, ensuring proper and efficient functioning of HR business processes.
- Support line managers in HR matters, including employee development, termination, and rehabilitation.
- Drive talent management processes to attract, develop, and retain the right talent.
- Coordinate payroll and pension administration, branding, and recruitment activities.
- Onboard and offboard employees, serve as a contact person for union work, recruiters, payroll, and candidates.
- Develop and administer training plans, conduct exit interviews, and contribute to company events.
- Report HR-related matters to government and unions, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with knowledge of union work, collective agreements, and labor law.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Norwegian.
- Proactive, excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- A "people person" with the ability to create good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
