Senior Specialist People & Culture Role Overview

Foodora is a leading platform company in Norway, delivering food to over 1.5 million customers across more than 30 cities. We are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist People & Culture to join our team.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between 800,000 - 1,200,000 NOK (Norwegian Kroner) based on the Norwegian cost of living and industry standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can deliver best-in-class employee experience through user-friendly tools, systems, and processes. As a Senior Specialist People & Culture, you will be responsible for driving business success by fostering an environment where extraordinary humans can grow, develop, and thrive.

Your core purpose will be to ensure compliance, improvement, and innovation in all aspects of people management. You will be the owner of systems and processes, super user, and driver of company and country needs in development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulations in Norway.
  • Develop and implement user-friendly tools, systems, and processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Own and drive system development and implementation projects.
  • Secure best fit of regional processes to local needs for employee engagement survey and performance management process.
  • Support reward processes from data insight, system, and process.
  • Drive adoption and implementation through various training offers and information arenas.
  • Secure legal compliance in processes through manager follow-up and support, including People Partner training.
  • Employee experience owner through our Hero Journey employee lifecycle tool.
  • Secure insight and data-driven decision-making in P&C team.
  • Payroll link between people and payroll on people processes and legal compliance.
  • P&C reporting to Governmental entities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR-tech, human resources, organizational psychology, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven track record in a similar role or relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle and processes.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Norwegian labor law, HSE, common, and best practice of people and organizational topics.
  • Solid experience in system development and implementations, training, and user experience.
  • Project management, change management, and change communication experience.
  • Solid understanding of organizational structures and dynamics.
  • Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, or platform sectors is advantageous.
