Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by sharing product knowledge and resolving guest queries effectively.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly integrate this expertise into guest interactions.
  • Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador, representing our values and vision both in-store and in the community.
  • Elevate your passions, personal and professional, with the support of the team.
  • Support the store leadership team in driving sales through feedback on merchandising and in-store experiences.
  • Maintain open, collaborative relationships with colleagues and store leadership.
  • Participate in various store tasks assigned by the leadership team.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails; occasionally, this may involve responding to social media inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Receive and unpack inventory boxes (5-30 lbs) as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and remains highly adaptable when faced with ambiguity. You should be self-motivated, enjoy autonomy, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Expectations:

  • All employees are expected to be available for 'Black Friday' and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season.
  • You'll oversee the execution of all deliverables outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document.
  • Perform additional projects, duties, and assignments as required or requested by Store Leads, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager.

Availability Requirements:

  • You must be available for one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week.
  • Your availability should reflect the needs of the business, which may change over time at the discretion of the Store Manager.
  • This is a full-time position requiring 30-40 hours per week (5 days per week).

Compensation: Hourly, approximately $18-$25 per hour based on location and experience.
