At Opera, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in product positioning, market research, competitive analysis, and marketing strategy execution.
About the JobThis role will allow you to work closely with our product team and marketing team to drive the success of our mobile browsers through effective product marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation of engaging marketing materials to effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling points.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supporting in managing App Store listings for Opera's mobile browsers on various platforms, including iOS, Android, and OEM stores.
- Collaborating closely with the product team to stay informed about product updates, features, and improvements, and translating these into compelling marketing messages.
- Supporting the planning and execution of disruptive marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, utilizing various channels and techniques.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content, social media, PR, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about product marketing, has a strong interest in the tech industry and mobile applications, and is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling marketing messages, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you can expect a good salary of approximately 40,000-50,000 NOK per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including campaign management, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent English proficiency and a proactive attitude.
