ServiceNow Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Product Manager to join our core platform team at Statkraft. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of capabilities and related processes towards our customers.
As a Product Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for relevant customers and stakeholders, owning the customer relationship to identify, prioritize, model, and document business processes and requirements. You will ensure that requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered according to specification, and support the testing effort.

- Support the testing effort
- Train and manage resources within the product team
- Work with stakeholders to drive improvements, innovation, and adoption
- Work closely with the rest of the ServiceNow team to plan, estimate, manage, and deliver releases
We are looking for someone with solid experience with ServiceNow (minimum 3 years), experience with understanding and supporting business processes, and managing both business and technical requirements. You should also have experience with managing stakeholders on different hierarchical levels and be able to work with all levels of seniority across IT and the wider business.
A relevant higher education at a university level and good communication skills in Norwegian and English are also required. Experience from ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Agile way of work will be considered a plus.
