The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration.
- ServiceNow Admin (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a must / CIS.
- Good experience with ServiceNow.
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow.
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them, and performs the component integration tests.
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design.
- Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.
- Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required.
- Expertise level programming skills Jelly, Glide, and JavaScript.
- Digital transformation covering automation of processes and fulfilment, 3rd party integrations, and orchestration, implementation of ITSM / CSM / HRSD / ITBM / SecOps.
- Custom applications development.
- Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation.
- Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in all of the following modules:
- Service Catalog
- Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge.
- Service Portal
- SLM
- CMDB
- Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in at least one of complementary modules FSM/CSM/ServicePortal, etc.
- Estimate workload, dependencies, and prioritize user stories for development across the team of developers.
- Implement requirements into working code.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services, mid-server, email, etc.
- Prepare test cases, automate, and execute them.
- Build responsive web applications.
- Develop middleware API calls for mobile/web applications.
- Develop server-side scripts in Apache/Jelly/ServiceNow proprietary.
- Build flows.
Ideal Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- You have at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a Software Architect or Software Engineer role.
- You have working knowledge of ServiceNow, CSA, CAD, CIS, itsm, ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Architect, and ServiceNow Consultant.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
