We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Specialist to join our Getinge Digital Health Solutions team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and implementation services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install and implement our sterile supply management software, T-DOC, for new customers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing customers
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers to ensure successful adoption of our software
- Assist with pre-sales activities to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Relevant experience in technical IT support or application specialist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Willingsness to travel (approx. 15%)
