Your Main Tasks

  • Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  • Develop data and process mining activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate performance status and improvement actions to stakeholders.
  • Develop customized solutions to support Continuous Improvement for our customers.
  • Resolve issues during incidents by extracting and analysing data from our systems.
  • Sales and implementation activities for revisions, modifications, and retrofits.
  • New opportunity identification and generation at current customer base.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical, industrial, or logistical background.
  • SQL, Python, or SPLUNK experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
