The Role of the Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials using hand trucks, reach trucks, or forklifts. They will maintain a clean and safe working environment and identify any discrepancies in received loads against manifests.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform material handling duties, including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and other related tasks, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to TSA and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements
• Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink-wrap material.
• Experience with RF scan guns required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted.
