The Role:

  • Providing guidance on regulatory requirements and controls
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive compliance management system for customer outcomes and training programs
  • Evaluating marketing communications and analyzing complaints to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Breaking down complex regulations into actionable steps for our business model
  • Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local risk frameworks and processes
  • Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending effective solutions
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external partners (regulators, vendors, etc.)
  • Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch

You'll Need:

  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian
  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and its applications
  • A background in policy creation and implementation
  • Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, and deposits
  • Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and decision-making
  • Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to payments
