About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Public Policy Manager to spearhead our regulatory initiatives within Norway, covering Denmark and Iceland. This crucial role involves managing complex regulatory challenges, forging strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance to support our strategic objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Oversee our regulatory, compliance, and political communications strategies in Norway, aligning them with our operational goals and urban mobility mission.
  2. Provide expert regulatory guidance and compliance oversight to our commercial teams, transforming complex legislation into actionable strategies for business growth.
  3. Build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders such as regulators, political figures, and business partners to advocate for favorable policies and ensure compliance.
  4. Manage our licensing requirements through regular compliance audits and the acquisition of new licenses to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  5. Collaborate with our commercial and product teams to create and implement strategic plans that address the unique challenges and opportunities in the Nordic markets.
  6. Direct our public relations efforts, managing media inquiries and corporate communications to maintain a positive public image and align with corporate objectives.
