Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. They'll analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in warranty administration or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes, automotive components, and service operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to details.
  • Proficient in using warranty management systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
