TN Norway seeks an experienced Administrative Manager - Norway to join our team in Norway. As the primary point of contact for all administrative and operational matters, this role requires a high level of autonomy, proactivity, and client focus.

This position involves managing facilities, health and safety, car fleet administration, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be flexible, and have effective planning and organizing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

  • Manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Arrange for contractors to attend site as needed and manage purchase orders.

Health and Safety

  • Develop and maintain local H & S policy, including updates according to changing legislation.
  • Manage and regularly update risk assessments.

Support for Administrative Topics

  • Coordinate and direct local authority correspondence to relevant departments.
  • Manage necessary documentation for special projects or ad hoc procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business.

Car Fleet Administration

  • Manage and administer local car fleet, including ordering and supporting employees during accidents.
  • Provide information to employees regarding car fleet insurance.

Reception and Administration Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels.
  • Welcome visitors and serve as the first face of Amer Sports.

Insurance

  • Manage local insurances with external providers.
  • Renew annual insurance policies.
