Chief Financial Officer

Quarsh is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance, credit, accounting, and reporting activities in Billingstad, Norway.

Salary: 1,000,000 NOK - 1,200,000 NOK per annum + 10% annual bonus, car allowance & fuel card.

About the Job

We require a Finance Manager with a Master's degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in finance and credit, preferably in an international setting. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and fluency in Norwegian and English (Swedish is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office is also essential.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the local Finance team and develop their skills.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support the Country Manager with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Maintain and verify internal controls in line with SOX and other legislation.
• Manage credit, cash collection, and DSO to meet company targets.
• Oversee salary and HR administration.
• Advise sales and marketing teams on pricing and discount impacts.
• Coordinate with other functions, including company car lease and payroll services.
