Chief Financial Strategist

Quarsh is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead our local finance team and drive financial success. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, managing credit and cash collection, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

As a Finance Manager at Quarsh, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

• Lead the local finance team and develop their skills to ensure effective financial management.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Support the Country Manager with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting to drive business growth.
• Maintain and verify internal controls to prevent financial losses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee salary and HR administration to ensure seamless employee onboarding and management.

• A Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and credit, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate your team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (Swedish is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to analyze and present financial data.

• A competitive salary range of NOK 1,000,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, inclusive of a 10% annual bonus.
