Job Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Support Professional, you will be accountable for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and peripherals. You will also be expected to keep detailed records of your work and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Main Accountabilities
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance on computers and other electronic devices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Develop effective solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of work processes and solutions.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Prior experience in computer system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • A solid grasp of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel extensively.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English languages is essential.
