The Front Office Team plays a vital role in creating these unforgettable experiences. As a Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives for excellence in delivering exceptional service while having fun in all that we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth operation of the front office department by ensuring an exceptional guest journey and experience.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, completing them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental plans and objectives, attaining hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, attaining productivity and performance levels.
  • BUILD effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practices for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • A background in front office operations would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Nordic languages.
