This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Engineer. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, responding to upgrade requests, and proactively identifying sales opportunities that bring added value to our clients.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying, negotiating, and closing upgrade opportunities and contracts, and managing the entire sales cycle—from request intake to project handover. You will collaborate with technical disciplines to prepare and present customer-specific solutions.
The position requires a strong understanding of technical features and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle is essential.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
