Neuver Maritime is committed to delivering exceptional results in logistics and planning, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Operations and Logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and logistics team, serving as the main point of contact for this function
  • Oversee load and capacity in the departments, ensuring efficient operations
  • Approve freight invoices and collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Support the services team on customs, VAT, and transport decisions, while following up with customers and forwarders related to orders and transport matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improvement within the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience
  • Experience within logistics or transport planning in an international environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Fluent mastery of Norwegian and English, both written and orally
  • Experience with ERP and IT tools (Microsoft)
