The SUPERB - opportunity:
We're expanding our sales team in Norway and looking for a talented individual to join us in revolutionizing the hospitality industry.
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Norway, making SUPERB - the #1 platform for hospitality businesses in your market.
To achieve this mission, you'll employ a consultative sales approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new hospitality businesses in your territory. You'll work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Introduce SUPERB - to all restaurants in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand customer struggles and approach each conversation with a consultative mindset
- Partner with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs
- 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role
- Cold-calling experience into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the industry
- Fluent Norwegian and comfortable with English as our business language
- Ability to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player mentality
