About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team at ROSEN Group in Bergen, Norway. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Manager in acquiring new business and leading the proposal realization process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Manager in acquiring new business and developing sales strategies.
  • Act as Sales Manager for specific projects or project components, ensuring timely and effective proposal submission.
  • Lead the proposal realization process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Legal Specialists to assess project risks and ensure compliance.
  • Administer proposal-related activities, including data entry and maintenance in ROSEN Business Software.
  • Provide data entry support for client third-party acquisition software and maintain data quality.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or administrative capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with legal compliance and feasibility checks, with good skills in preparing written documents.
