Job Description

SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company, serving a range of carbon-emitting industries. We are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future.

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to establish and maintain project plans for the execution of our work, covering milestones, schedule, and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and critical path analysis, to ensure efficient and timely completion.
  • Monitor and analyze schedule progress against the baseline plan.
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project schedules, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
  • Prepare reports for the project management team and other internal/external customers.
  • Coordinate with Lead Planner and ensure alignment between all disciplines.
  • Review and implement supplier and subcontractor plans into the project plan.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as planner.
  • Preferably 3+ years experience from EPC development and construction projects.
  • Experience with Safran, Primavera P6 and MS Project planning software.
  • Technical and/or commercial education MSc or BSc, or similar higher education.
  • Good verbal and written English language skills; preferably proficient in Norwegian as well.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and learn.
  • Advanced knowledge of project planning and execution methodologies.
  • Experience of working in multidisciplinary and international teams.
