Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator/Project Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our Quality Assurance lead in the System Integration Team, ensuring the highest standards of quality control and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance lead to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  2. Participate in criticality assessments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  3. Coordinate with clients to establish manning plans for inspectors and ensure that all necessary training and familiarization programs are in place.
  4. Develop and maintain quality management systems, including PIMS QM modules, to ensure effective inspection follow-up and reporting.
  5. Align with FFA activities to ensure a common approach to quality control and project management.
  6. Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with established procedures and that all findings are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
  7. Travel to different offices and fabrication sites as required to support project activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality control processes and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in quality control or a related field.
