About the RoleThis role involves overseeing the daily service operation, including coordinating field service engineers internally and regionally, interacting with customers and Kongsberg Discovery personnel worldwide, ensuring that customer requests are given the right attention. You will also be involved from a project and delivery perspective, working closely with the administration both in Bergen and Horten.
Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinate field service engineers internally and regionally and allocate resources for project work.
- Be a key part of the support operation and ensure that customer requests are given the right attention.
- Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current service projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations.
