Project Manager Onshore Wind

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Onshore Wind projects from initial planning through to commissioning. As a key member of our global Onshore Wind Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects, ensuring all project goals are met, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute onshore wind projects from initial planning through to commissioning.
- Ensure all project goals are met, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BoP) contracts.
- Prepare and present project reports and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and implement project execution improvements.
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and compliance documents.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to address any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and attend public consultations and meetings to present project plans and address concerns.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager with a strong background in the Onshore Wind industry. You will have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role. You will also have a Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
