Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Project Lead Engineer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and technical sales, with experience in leading electrical projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electric Power Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, site management, and project management within replacements of MV switchgear and BoP for hydropower plants and pump-generating plants.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
