Area Sales Director for Fashion Brands

The Area Sales Director for Fashion Brands will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in South Norway, focusing on developing business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers in the region.
Key objectives include driving sales growth by building a strong distribution network and fostering close relationships with our business partners, evaluating new customer opportunities, and ensuring brand integrity through adequate product distribution and in-store presentation. Additionally, you will research and target new customers, plan effective sales calls to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and present new fashion collections to customers.
Responsibilities also include providing in-store training to sales staff, ensuring stock levels are adequate at the point of sale, assisting in implementing trade marketing activities to maximize customers' sell-out, collecting sales data, and managing orders in cooperation with our customer services department.
Our ideal candidate has more than 2 years of experience in field sales roles, preferably in the fashion industry, and possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
