  • Foster a data-driven culture and provide actionable insights to guide product development and sales.
  • Coach teams on embedding profitability considerations into their workflows and aligning with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc or higher in economics, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong financial expertise and understanding of profitability drivers.
  • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach and strong drive.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, product/service valuation, and commercial optimization.
