Job SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of documentation in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams internally and with clients to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Relevant technical education (MSc or BSc degree) in Safety Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Technical Safety, with a strong background in discipline work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in software applications, including IFS.
- Specialized knowledge of ALARP evaluations, ALARP Cost Benefit Analysis, Inherent Safety Design, and Safety Barrier Management.
- Experience in workshop chairmanship for ALARP and Inherent Safety Design Review.
- Ability to prepare reviews, such as preparation of Terms of Reference.
