Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of documentation in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams internally and with clients to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical education (MSc or BSc degree) in Safety Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Technical Safety, with a strong background in discipline work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including IFS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialized knowledge of ALARP evaluations, ALARP Cost Benefit Analysis, Inherent Safety Design, and Safety Barrier Management.
  • Experience in workshop chairmanship for ALARP and Inherent Safety Design Review.
  • Ability to prepare reviews, such as preparation of Terms of Reference.
