The Wallenius Wilhelmsen group is a leading player in RoRo shipping and vehicle logistics. Our global presence allows us to serve customers all over the world.
We operate a fleet of around 125 vessels, serving 15 trade routes across six continents. Our global inland distribution network, 66 processing centers, and eight marine terminals enable us to efficiently manage the distribution of cars, trucks, rolling equipment, and breakbulk.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an analytical and service-minded professional who can drive results through structured processes. You should enjoy collaborating with colleagues, providing guidance, and delivering training to strengthen compliance awareness across the organization.
As our new Compliance Manager, your role will be to help shape a strong culture of integrity and ethical business practices. You will support the development and implementation of a robust compliance program across our global operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities- Advise and support management and business units on compliance matters, aligning with our Code of Conduct and business strategy.
- Keep track of regulatory changes, assess their impact, and recommend necessary updates to the compliance program.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Deliver compliance training and maintain training records.
- Manage and follow up on compliance incidents, whistleblower reports, and data privacy concerns.
- Conduct integrity due diligence on business partners to ensure ethical business relationships.
- Monitor compliance program implementation and support audits and investigations.
- Coordinate and prepare topics for the Global Compliance Committee.
- Relevant education in Law, HR, Finance or similar fields.
- At least four years of experience in compliance, preferably within an international business setting.
- Understanding of compliance management, particularly in areas such as competition compliance, sanctions, export control, data privacy, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
