Job Description

Kelly Services is a leading provider of quality assurance and regulatory affairs services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Oslo, Norway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, with experience in reviewing and approving quality documents, conducting audits and assessments, and ensuring compliance with GMP and industry standards.

About the Role:

  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve quality documents such as SOPs, batch records, and protocols to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Audits and Assessments: Conduct internal audits and participate in supplier assessments to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality Management: Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all quality and regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvements.

Educational Background: Degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.

Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
