Role Overview

The Senior QA role is responsible for ensuring quality throughout the entire development process. This involves making sure the product meets requirements, functions as expected, and provides a great user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Plan, design, and execute tests to ensure our products meet quality standards and provide a great user experience.
  2. Report, document, and track issues, collaborating closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.
  3. Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliveries.
  4. Estimate effort and complexity for new features together with the development team.
  5. Continuously improve QA competencies and implement new manual testing techniques.
  6. Use GenAI technologies to optimize testing, identify patterns, and automate repetitive tasks.
  7. Participate in architecture and solution discussions to ensure testability and quality are built into the product from the start.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that increase quality and efficiency.
